After your discovery call, you fill out a short questionnaire about your sizes, lifestyle, and style goals, and choose the service you want. Every service starts this way.
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date; the balance is due at your first session (or on delivery for virtual services).
Payment is by invoice: Zelle (preferred) or check. Venmo is accepted with a 3% service charge. Nothing is charged through this site.
Clothing is separate. Package prices cover my time and expertise; you pay stores directly, and we set a clothing budget together up front.
Package sessions should be used within 90 days of booking. The Welcome Wardrobe's seasonal check-in is the exception, since it's timed for before your first winter.
In person within 15 miles of Franklin Park, including Bellevue, Cranberry Township, Downtown Pittsburgh, Fox Chapel, Lawrenceville, McCandless, Pine Township, Ross Township, Sewickley, Shadyside, Shaler, and Wexford. Farther travel is billed at the IRS mileage rate. Virtual services work from anywhere.
